What is the return / exchange policy?

As a small business, we’re currently unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, preference, or change of mind.

However, we truly want you to have a good shopping experience with us. 💕 If you face any issue with your order, please feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM, and our team will always try our best to assist you wherever possible.

Exchange is only applicable in the rare case of receiving a defective/damaged item. A parcel-opening video is mandatory to claim an exchange for a defective product.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually ship your order within 2-3 days, and you can expect it to reach you within 6–7 business days. 📦✨

Need it sooner? If you’re located in Delhi NCR, reach out to us on WhatsApp or Instagram before placing your order. We’ll check if an urgent delivery can be arranged for you. 💕

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! 💕 We offer Partial Cash on Delivery.

You can pay half amount in advance to confirm your order and pay the remaining balance via Cash on Delivery when your order arrives.

This helps us securely confirm COD orders while still giving you the convenience of paying most of the amount at delivery. ✨.

Can I cancel my order?

As a small business, it’s unfortunately not possible for us to accommodate cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. All sales are final.
